Pikmin 4

Pros

• Pikmin 4 offers more of a scaling difficulty and repeatable time attack challenges.
• Pikmin 4, New super mario bros U, Deamon X Machina, and Astral Chain are all solid picks too.
• Sounds like auto-lock on got fully fixed now, now all I need is a Switch 2 performance/resolution update and I’ll replay
• My almost 5 yo loves Pikmin 4.
• If you want to check out the Pikmin series, Pikmin 4 is great.

Cons

• Parent context: Have you tried Dandori Challenges? They're similar. Reply: Similar, sure. But you can't just pick up Pikmin 4 and play missions and go for the platinum on a couch with a friend. Stone cold bummer tbh!
• Parent context: TLDR Fixed the free targeting jank where it locked onto one spot Reply: Not fixed, gave the option to disable. It works as intended.
• i've been holding out for pikmin 4 :/ was hopping this would be the year
• The co-op is a step down from Pikmin 3 (which was fantastic). It went from a top tier co-op experience to basically co-pilot mode.
• The Messenger and maybe some post-credits Pikmin 4.
