Not a digital piano per se, but there is a wonderfuø VST called Pianoteq. It sounds great! Not a replacement for the real thing, but still really good.
Plug the cheapest digital piano alive into Pianoteq and it will sound like the real deal.
If you don't mind the extra effort of running a vst from a weighted keyboard of your choice I've not heard anything better than Pianoteq
try virtual pianos, which have better piano engines, vastly larger sample bases. Pianoteq demo is easy to try.
