Paramount

Pros

• It’s kind of a win-win for both parties…Matt and Trey get more time to develop and polish their commentary on current events and Paramount gets to profit more off it.
• I cancelled HBO and Paramount yesterday.
• Paramount remastered the old 1980 Shogun miniseries to HD and gave the 1994 The Stand miniseries the full TNG treatment where they rescanned the effects in HD, both got added to Paramount+ with zero promotion.
• I prepay for a whole year of my alarm subscription service because there’s a discount for doing so. I did the same for Paramount+ when I signed up for another year.
• You can get Paramount that way through Walmart+ which is non-negotiable because I rely on delivery because of disabilities.

Cons

• Morale is low at Paramount as the studio is going through its slate killing projects or selling them. There isn't an appetite for risky critical-darling or awards fare
• If Paramount wins, we get a worse experience, less content, and more propaganda.
• Paramount is going to make us lose way worse.
• I'm willing to bet that the average NCIS viewer can't figure out how to use Paramount+, and even if they did, wouldn't be impressed by this blatant cash grab.
• Its by far the worst streaming service so meh. I did the free trial to watch some new south park and the library is abysmal. Canceled it the second day.
