Osprey Daylite

Pros

• consider the osprey daylite, it's 13L, fits a jacket + a camera, water and everything. For europe you will walk a ton and your shoulder will ache with the water bottle and everything!
• I have an early version of the daylite from a few years back... that I use for work and it's fantastic. Big enough to carry what you need and small enough to keep you from filling it with nonsense. Very comfortable too.
• Osprey daylite is great. I've been using the UA storm contender. I have had the original for like 8 years and just got a version 2 yesterday for an upcoming trip. They hold a lot of nonsense and keep things organized.
• I have been using different variants of the Osprey Daylite packs for years now and have been impressed. All around or less than $100 on Amazon
• Osprey did a marvellous job - I use it everyday for work and then over the summer for hiking (2 weeks of day hikes) and also for travelling.

Cons

• I have not had Daylites hold up so well over time.
• I’ve considered using the Osprey Daylite since it’s lighter, but it’s too small and the straps don’t have any padding.
