• This is a really good aquarium. If you've been to other good aquariums, it is not necessarily a must visit, but it's definitely one of the better ones out there.

Cons

• We visited Osaka Aquarium which is huge but not really sure on the welfare of some of the animals - the tank for the dolphins seemed quite small.
• Osaka Castle or Osaka Aquarium
• Not sure Osaka aquarium is really worth going that far for. There's a smaller one in Kyoto. Not nearly as nice, obviously, but also no need for two hours of commute as it's near the train station.
• Other activities we’re considering if time permits: kabuki, a sumo match, or Osaka Aquarium (if we skip some Osaka sights).
