Orca (3D printing software)

Pros

• I can just set the 'Time Cost' value in Orca (under printer settings) to 1 and 'Price' (under Material settings) to 30, and it'll display the price whenever I slice something.
• I reckon the curves on mine should print as displayed and to my surprise I just ran it through Orca and that didn't ask for supports for the horn!
• I also used fuzzy skin (Orca's new combined option that uses print path and variable line width for best effect) for the sides because it looks incredibly convincing for the unfinished cast surface of an anvil.
• Orca runs natively on macOS
• The Orca is an easy board, but it has some personality. With C2x it can feel a little squirrely at high speed, but going longer will help stabilize it. ... Overall, I really enjoyed the Orca. It was my lazy-day board.

Cons

• The easiest way would be to include screen shots of your slicer, that way people can also see where the settings are located, slicers like orca/bambu can be quite annoying to find what you are looking for
• In both bambu and orca this would be done using a modifier.
• I am currently using bambu slicer, previously used cura & orca.
• I ride an orca with step ons and feel personally attacked. lol
• Not a fan of it in the park. Too stiff. No board does everything. The Orca isn't a super great park board.
