I mean, if they're working this hard to create "made-up requirements," why use them? I'd honestly go with a different platform or book direct

Anyone else had anything similar issues with Opodo? Short of going down S75 chargeback as I am unlikely to get a service and have no confidence in them - is there anything else that can be done here? Lesson learnt, always buy direct with the airline.

Anyway every day I have rang Opodo. The online and telephone customer service is awful - and they keep citing “back office team are sorting - please wait 2 - 3 hours”. Still no ticket.

In my case, Opodo is currently trying to fight it by coming up with more and more made-up requirements. Now they are claiming that the Best Price Guarantee only applies to a specific room category in my hotel. However, they won't tell me exactly where that is stated in the terms and conditions. It’s just crazy how they try to screw you over...

I bought them through the same app, apparently via Opodo, which is basically eDreams under another name.
