I also have a Boox page, which is the same form factor as the Go 7, just a generation earlier. If you want page turn buttons and a larger screen, go with the page
Aside I have been using a Boox Page (2?) for two years now and it strikes a great balance between an eink screen but the flexibility of Android while still having decent battery life. I don't know the exact number off my head but I would say easily more than 20 hours.
I read on the Boox Page which has both a warm light setting and a full light setting, so I just keep the full light off and only use the warm light on minimum setting.
For what I’ve seen on the internet, right now I’m leaning toward the BOOX Tab Mini C, BOOX Go Color 7 (Gen II), or BOOX Page.
So far I’ve been eyeing the boox page, palma, kobo Libra 2, or bw clara.
I have the Boox Page and the Go 6 both and I don’t think you could go wrong with either.

Boox. I am using Page, very good device.
The Boox Page is really bright and clear under both sunlight and regular because it is a black and white device. I only need to turn in the front light when I read at night.
