Is it really though? Make sure you're comparing the exact same flight, on the same day, with the same luggage restrictions, reserved seat, cancellation/change policy and that all taxes/surcharges are included. Many times the 3rd Party Vendor price is for a much more inadequate package or the price climbs by the time you reach the Purchase button.
