Decided to go with Noctua to see what the fuss was all about. I deadass expected them to be whisper quiet at max rpm but they're not.but at 40-50% they are whisper quiet though!

I do have a Noctua NH D14 but its just huge and a bit uggly looking, not sure if it will get in the way of the gpu, sticks out quite a bit.

Agreed, I've used Arctic, Phanteks, Noctua, Thermalright, Cooler Master, unnamed Aliexpress thermal paste, graphite pad, phase change pad, etc. For the CPU I couldn't tell a difference in final use for any of them.
