For what it’s worth both my parents have nitecore and I noticed they have a lot of problems with her as well. They will plug their phone in and hit charge and then it stops charging at a random period of time later
I think just like Olight or Nitecore they can have great quality, very robust, decent runtimes, but some people dislike the cool leds the use, low cri etc.
Nitecore is alright for backcountry adventures where every once counts, Iniu is better for travel.
Fenix, olight, nitecore, streamlight are best of the best.
