New Outlook

I ask before you put any more money in AI, New Outlook, Edge, could you please get a decent OS updating policy/system?

Yeah I mean new outlook definitely sucks for a multitude of reasons.....but the lack of com plugins isn't one.

Instead of wasting those billions can you make new outlook have COM add ins? Or better yet - make the fucker be able to export multiple emails into a single PDF?

There’s a rumour - and it’s only a rumour - that this is why rules in New Outlook are so limited.

The new outlook doesn't even support exchange server, which is their own email server software.

There is basically zero customization you can do in this Outlook version. You can pick line spacing, it automatically underlines links even if you disable or explicitly disable underline on links (it comes back later), spaces are randomly trimmed...

I paused for a moment and took a moment to look at how the New Outlook worked, and it dawned on me : it lacks at least 80% of the original client's functionalities, but even worse, they are hidden behind icons instead of text buttons wich makes finding the think you're looking for much harder.

oh there is more to hate. my personal quarrels are - no quick actions to shared mailboxes - you can only move in your primary mailbox -no favourites from shared mailboxes so now i have to keep the entire tree open to look into 7 different inboxes instead of just dragging them into favourites -where is my VBA oh wait no more vba scripts now we have to write and then sideload web plugins fucking hell -sort messages by size = nope -sort by attachment = nope nope nope
