Pros

• Without a subscription: Your Nest Protect will detect smoke/CO, sound its loud alarm with voice alerts, and send you push notifications to your phone.
• I have never once had a false alarm from Nest.

• So sad google discontinued Nest Protect
• I can’t recommend Nest Protect. I’ve had them for years and honestly they have been fine but I won’t ever buy another Google product because they always kill stuff off, or change apps… and they have horrible customer service.
