I have pretty much what you want, I use Music Assistant to for audio (mixing multiple YT and Spotify accounts). I have speaker groups setup from Music Assistant, which can be created dynamically (add this room now, destroy this room now) or static groups like "Downstairs", "Kitchen", "Library".
