Not enough linked mention summaries yet; the source excerpts below are the evidence.

Pros

  • If I talk about something that is a task that needs to be scheduled, a zapier call is made to add the task to my Motion app (where I handle my personal workload).
  • I'm using Aftertone cal currently for this but AKirkflow and Motion are a couple of other options :)
  • I then use Motion (usemotion.com) for calendar and task management. Works really well.
  • for flexible stuff like workouts or coding blocks, I use Motion. It auto-reschedules based on priority and availability, which saves me from that “one change breaks everything” spiral.

  • A few of us productivity nerds put together a spreadsheet comparing a bunch of the most popular AI schedulers like Motion, Akiflow, TickTick, etc.
  • Take a look at motion and clockwise
  • I love the idea, but I quickly went down hill with the amount of information and customization options. Also, an issue I ran into with Motion is that the AI is great, but it just assigns things where it sees time available...There's no w...

Motion – Game for calendar-based task management. It auto-schedules tasks around meetings, which helps kill decision fatigue.
