Pros

  • I use Morgen as a planner and it schedules a recommended plan for my day. I then always make some modifications, but it helps me activate when I don't see an empty day to plan.
  • Sunsama, Morgen & a few other apps have a decent integration with Notion.
  • I use Morgen for this (and it has an Obsidian integration). It can generate a plan for the day with your tasks from Obsidian into your calendar. You can still plan manually if you want or adjusted the recommend plan it provides. And at t...
  • for calendar, I simply use GCal, but there are other good apps like Reclaim, Morgen
  • I don’t even use Notion Calendar for this reason…. I use Morgen instead. Allows for more visibility of Notion properties than notions own calendar!

Cons

  • I basically created Morgen for way cheaper.
  • That said, it is primarily a desktop experience for the AI planner part. Manual scheduling can be done on Android.
  • FlowSavvy is good but somewhat incomplete. Todoist, Morgen, among others... Planify and Endeavour (only for Linux) As I said, I can't create a system that suits my needs completely.
  • I have tried many apps, ... Todoist, Morgen, among others... I can't create a system that suits my needs completely.
  • I have tried many apps, ... Todoist, Morgen, among others... I've only named these few, but I could go on with Trello, Zapier, TickTick, ClickUp, ClockerWise... If I haven't tried them, I've seen in videos that they don't fit what I need.

I use Morgen for this (and it has an Obsidian integration). It can generate a plan for the day with your tasks from Obsidian into your calendar. You can still plan manually if you want or adjusted the recommend plan it provides. And at the end of the day it will ask if you want the incomplete tasks rescheduled.
