Based on the places you’ve listed you enjoyed visiting (my list is quite similar), I’d recommend Mongolia. I did a ~10 day tour which included the Nadaam festival in Khovsgol, as well adding a couple days to see UB.
in Mongolia you basically need to join a tour anyway since most places are only accessible by long haul, off road driving and you don’t know the route/likely can’t do the almost inevitable to come up auto maintenance.

Haha it got down to -40°, and the capital is known as the coldest capital city in the world! Def not for the weak but the landscapes made up for it!
One of the safest places I’ve ever travelled. The cold was intense (especially coming from a warm climate), but the reward was something else entirely. Endless open landscapes, nomadic families moving across the steppe, camels and horses roaming freely, and a sense of space so vast it almost feels unreal.

Mongolia is #1 on my bucket list!
When I visited Mongolia it was all expats in Asia looking on going for an adventure... and German people. Now its posted here every couple of weeks, and you can fly there on United Airlines. I also know like 5 people who visited after I went and realized how cool it was.
But I wouldn’t travel to Armenia, Kazakhstan or Mongolia whilst pregnant. Distances are large and you may be very far away from a decent clinic or hospital.
