- So yeah the current market of notion/Asana/clickup/linear/Monday is a bit lacking imo. Nothing really focuses on business fundementals (processes, accountability, clarity, etc).
- I'm not a fan of Monday.com. The demos are nice, but you run into so many limitations once you start trying to build out proper workflows and connect them for organizational reporting. It's essentially glorified spreadsheets.
- Monday.com will nickle and dime you for basic automation and everything will require an add-on.

We moved them into monday and it really helped clean things up. They could assign tasks, build campaign templates, and see exactly where things stood across all clients. Automations cut out a lot of the manual work/check-ins, and the visual boards made it way easier to plan out content and track approvals.
Highly reco switching to monday! They have a Project <> Portfolio system within monday that has done wonders to make tracking across teams and multiple boards easy. You can prioritize at the Portfolio level without having to dive into the nitty gritty of each individual board, and it all auto-syncs. Plus they have the Workload widget which is pretty useful for balancing out resourcing.

Notion, Taskade and Monday are my favorites
