Check mobimatter. I've had no issues with coverage, and not sure if they do any rate limiting but they have a few different providers available through that site.

look at options through mobimatter. Lots of cheap options to compare, they all work as good as any others. Often more affordable than Airalo or other big names.

Mobimatter , there are several packages that you can choose from and it works everywhere even in China when nothing works for me.

Buy a cheap, lightweight, refurbished android phone (I used the Google Pixel 7 most recently) and load it with an eSIM (I use mobimatter as my preferred marketplace).
