In mizuno’s I strained my ankle several times.
Personally I used to wear Mizuno but their cushioning wasn't for my knees. However I never rolled an ankle wearing them.
Still no mizuno’s for me anymore, I strained my ankle to many times with them.
mizuno usually doesnt have enough cushion/ not soft enough for a lot of people, i think most likely the cushion being insufficient reactive the injury
She has noticed her shins start hurting after playing vball if she wears her current Mizuno brand vball shoes.
