MikroTik would work great for this. You could set up a separate virtual SSID for each use and have them attached to different bridge interfaces. The only drawback with MikroTik is it assumes you’re a network engineer so it doesn’t hold your hand on any of it.
You use a hardware router like the ones from Mikrotik and use VLANs, VPNs etc.. They start at about $40 (e.g. Mikrotik RBmAPL-2nD).
I know mikrotik supports VRRP and they have routers with 10G SFP+ ports for less than 300 bucks.
