Otherwise, get a Metabo/Hitachi or Bostich pneumatic and a small compressor. Less money, and you can use that compressor for other (inexpensive) brad nailers.
I bought into metabo, sort of a spur of the moment thing. Seen a fellow spark use em and the performance seemed pretty decent. With more focus on longevity and reliability vs milwaukees power and speed plus wide array of QOL tools like the cable stapler.
Brands in that list I could recommend: Bosch, Makita, Dewalt, Milwaukee, Metabo, Skil.
Bosch, Makita, dewault, metabo all make good hammer drills.
Nice to see Metabo btw. I really like their stuff.
