I use my Meebook M8 (B&W version) way more and have pretty much delegated the B6 to my travel reader since it's so much smaller/pocketable.
I like Meebook. It has what you’re looking for and is usually one of the cheaper options.

I have meebook m8 and it's a decent device for the price. I only read manga on it and it works just fine for that. Biggest problems are poor battery life when browsing the internet and lackluster build quality, but neither is a deal breaker for me.

These are more like Android tablets, except with eInk screens, which severely limits their functionality in most areas outside reading (in other words, don’t expect to e.g. watch videos on them). They offer a whole lot more flexibility as most Android apps work on them (to some extent)... The downside is that those apps (or websites) aren’t usually designed with eInk screens in mind so they may be clunky, some UI can be invisible or not work well
