1 dental implant in the US is more expensive than me flying to Medellin, staying there for 2 weeks, getting 3 dental implants and a custom mouth guard so I don't grind my teeth at night. I also got my lasik done there when I graduated college, also went great. The doctors and dentist there are top notch, lot's of them studied in Europe or the US.
People may suggest you anything from Singapore to Medellin but the suggestions mean nothing unless you personally have been there and like the culture, vibe, standard of living, etc.
I avoided all that and had the best time in Medellin, was there for a month.
