We're staying in Matsumoto... Grab dinner and walk around the castle area in the evening (here it's nice in the evening).

I will preface this by saying this was easily the best castle I saw throughout my trip, as you could go inside and around pretty much the entire interior, and there was a lot of ancient items out on display with full history. The view from the very top was really awesome as well
