- This is just a reskinned TMNT Shredder's Revenge. Can we quit the slow drip of nothing content and give a release date?

Its fully supported on Switch 2, you shouldn't have any issues using the Switch 1 version. You do loose out on the higher resolution and frame rate support of the Switch 2. But the Switch 2 version DOES NOT give you access to a Switch 1 copy, so it would only be useable on the Switch 2.
