Morocco (especially Marrakech) was one of the most annoying (perhaps *the*) places I've ever visited.
I personally think Fez and Marrakech are worth visiting for the architecture and history, even despite the hassling. But everyone has a different tolerance for that sort of thing.
That's way too much time in Marrakech. I recommend taking one of those days and adding it to Chefchaouen, or spending an extra day in the Atlas.
For a bigger souk experience you have fez nearby chef, and marrakesh near essaouira, so you could package those up.
I went there with my gf in 2024 and it was abysmal. So many sellers every 2 meters and no space to breathe from them. Not just in “tourist areas” but everywhere really. As soon as they spot you’re a tourist they literally surround you.
