Pros

• As long as the build quality is good I’m satisfied and in case of the X64 - I am satisfied. :) The looks of course are very subjective but I like it, otherwise i would not have pulled the trigger
• It’s honestly a Niche Killer with the current tariffs on the Niche. It’s priced the same, comes from a reputable company, that can offer good support. The styling looks great to me, has its own unique look which isn’t your standard tube...
• First impressions are very solid, good build quality, easy to use and the first beans were dialed in pretty quickly. Of course looks are very subjective, but I like the style.

Cons

• Above budget but for Mahlkonig maybe worth it... though have seen underwhelming reviews in here/youtube so maybe not?
• The only thing that's irritating for me is that the dosing cup is also magnetized, so it throws off my scale which has a steel pan, works fine with my scale that has a plastic pan.
• Lots of people reporting issues with the mahlkonig x64 SD
• The only thing wrong with it is the lack of variable speed. But I wouldn’t be shocked to see that in an updated model.
• Really not an elegant looking design!
