Cons

• I'm desperate for a paperback of Maeve Fly with the US cover, which is gorgeous. I fucking hate the UK cover and I'm so sure I can't afford the shipping costs I've never bothered to look into them.
• If you like American Psycho you may enjoy Maeve Fly, it has similar themes but a more "basic" and feminine way of narration. I loved them both but the prose is less impressive in Maeve Fly.
• Maeve Fly by CJ Leede (which I was not a fan of)
• I recently listened to the “Maeve Fly” audiobook. In the end, I’m not sure that I even liked it that much. There was some potential early, but things didn’t really build in a way that made if very compelling or satisfying for me.
• I agree with you, I found it heavy-handed and not very interesting. It wanted to be American Psycho *for her*, but it brought nothing new to the table.
