London Marathon

Pros

• Sebastian Sawe sets a new world record at the London Marathon (1:59:30) in April becoming the first person to ever officially break the 2 hour mark at an official race
• If you look you don't pay anything upfront to enter. If drawn you will then have a window to pay.
• Who else is still in awe over London?
• I got got there early enough to see the elites run past, so I can say I saw it happen. I got literal goosebumps later when I heard the two hour barrier had been broken. ... all in all a successful day's spectating
• This just became the greatest marathon in history. On the Women’s side Tisga Assefa ran a 2:15:30 to break the women only World Record. Just no words to describe the history that has happened here.
