Couldn't agree more. Lisbon was the worst airport experience of my life when I checked in the Air Canada guy told me to get through security and to customs as quick as possible and he said it with seriousness in his eyes. Later I found out why. I waited in that line for about 4 hours with a lot of very, very pissed off people. Lots of yelling, whistling and people barging through the line to get to the one Customs booth that was processing people.
