Obviously, Lightroom Classic is fairly standard and so there'd be plenty of resources to learn more, but I really, really don't like the subscription model and would like to avoid as much as possible. There's also a massive emphasis on their AI features which is offputting for the reasons above!

Lightroom is working. We can import photos, sort them, develop them, and export. ... GPU acceleration support (Develop module included), Local AI working (Select Subject/Object/Background, Denoise AI, etc.)

If you're using lightroom classic there's a useful JF plugin that can apply different noise presets at different isos which might be handy.
Sometimes I even feel lazy and see what lightroom classic comes out with the auto setting.
