LG CordZero

The LG CordZero is a highly recommended cordless stick vacuum, frequently cited as a superior value alternative to Dyson models. It is praised for its modular design, particularly the inclusion of dual swappable batteries and a dedicated charging stand. While it is considered excellent for hard floors and quick pickups, Reddit users generally categorize it as a secondary cleaning tool rather than a primary vacuum for deep-cleaning carpets.
Pros
- Dual removable and replaceable batteries provide extended runtime
- Convenient charging cradle/stand included with many models
- Strong suction power, often rated higher than older Dyson V-series models
- User-friendly maintenance with easy-to-clean cyclones and filters
- Automatic boost mode that adjusts suction based on floor resistance
Cons
- Inadequate for deep-cleaning thick carpets compared to corded vacuums
- Suction performance is occasionally described as inconsistent or 'hit or miss'
- Significantly higher pricing in certain regions like Canada compared to the US
Caveats
- The vacuum is bagless by default; a bagged system is only available via the optional self-emptying station
- Users emphasize it should be viewed as a secondary vacuum for quick cleans rather than a whole-house primary unit
Best for
- Hard floor maintenance and daily quick pickups
- Users who prefer a dedicated charging stand over wall-mounting
- Shoppers looking for Dyson-like performance with more included accessories
Avoid if
- You require a primary vacuum for deep-cleaning high-pile carpets
- You are shopping in a market where it is priced significantly higher than competitors
This summary uses balanced time weighting with about a 6-month half-life. The evidence is older, with a median source age of approximately 560 days; as cordless vacuum technology and pricing change frequently, this may not reflect the latest model iterations.

I've owned an LG CordZero for 3 years now and it's been as good as a cordless vacuum can be. It's good on hard floors but it doesn't deep clean carpets very well.
My usual recommended cordless vacuums the LG CordZero and Samsung Jet are way more expensive in Canada, really pricing them over the competition.
Outside of Costco I'd buy an LG CordZero with the soft brushroll powerhead called the Slim Floor Nozzle or add one to another model.
The LG CordZero has stronger suction than the V6 and you don't have to hold a trigger down either.
I bought an LG CordZero around this time last year. ... It’s a solid machine, on max the suction is quite good and it even has an automatic boost mode beyond that which will kick on if it detects resistance. ... The cradle is awesome, I love just plopping the vac back in and it gives me a little chime and quietly charges away.
LG CordZero: Dual batteries sound great, but suction seems hit or miss.
I really like the LG CordZero. It has removable batteries and many models come with 2 batteries and a charging stand.
I think the LG CordZero and Samsung Jet are better values in the U.S. because many come with 2 batteries and a charging stand.
I think my LG CordZero is pretty well built for a cordless vacuum. I like that it's easy to remove and clean the cyclones and the primary filter isn't connected to the hepa filter. Washing the hepa filter can degrade the filter. I like that the batteries are removable and replaceable. It's easy to remove the brusrholl in the combo powerhead and soft brushroll powerhead.
I have a decent cordless vacuum the LG CordZero
