Komodo is 1000% worth it. I absolutely love that area and there is so much to do.
Once you're settled in Labuan Bajo it's easy to get a boat to Rinca and Komodo, the price will depend on you, I went cheap, it was physically uncomfortable but still a great experience (there are some other other things you'll do, aside from the dragons. At one point we stopped, jumped off the boat and swam with a feeding squadron of manta rays!).
