- Such a great bottle, and the value is stupid good. Weirdly, this is one of the only beam products that I don’t get usual nutty notes from, this had more red fruit than any of the others beams outside of KC21.
- Awesome review! Peanuts are what I get from the Blender’s too.
- Thoughts: 7, my only regret is not buying more. This is the quintessential Knob Creek flavor when here of peanuts just hitting you in the mouth. I love it.
Cons
- Yeah, for me Blenders is definitely not like eating peanuts
- That’s interesting, I didn’t really get any peanut notes from my blenders edition. Got lots of cinnamon candy
- Just opened mine from Costco and my first impressions are that it's just ok. Tastes more rough and closer to Old Granddad than Knob Creek. This thing is so nutty. But that was just me taking a first sip rather than a real review. Great v...

Out of the Holy Budget Hype Trinity (JD Heritage, Knob Creek Blender's Edition, and this) I think this one reigns supreme.
Parent context: I haven't had thr Blender's yet but excited to get my hands on a bottle, reviews have been in line with what you said, generally very well received across the board. Reply: I got slapped in the face by a cherry cola taste and smell. That’s not a complaint, I love this bottle
Agreed, this is an easy buy and back it up. Whatever nuttiness is there is pleasant and transitions to sweet. Just a fantastic pour for those that may not love the traditional Beam profile.
Parent context: That’s disappointing I like KC because it’s not Beam peanut forward. I’m glad I didn’t drop another $50 on a bourbon I don’t like. Reply: I think you should try it. Did not get the peanut at all really was more sweet than anything
To me the blenders edition is nutty, but more butterscotch, caramel, creme brulee and molasses on my nose and palate. It very well might be the most enjoyable bourbon under $50
