Knob Creek 21 Year Old

Scored a bottle of this for $200, big fan. This is a beautiful conversation whiskey. A ton of depth and richness and oaky but not bitter. Love it.

I love this bourbon, it may be bourbon of the year for me, I think only The Raven Batch 1 or Beacon may be able to edge it out, and even then, that may only be because of proof, but this packs Soo much deep okay flavor.

Knob Creek 21 is a superb whiskey. This is the oldest bourbon I have had the opportunity to try and in typical Jim Beam fashion, it did not disappoint. Even at 100 proof, the richness of the oak was ridiculous and the fruit that still came through at that age is impressive.

The 21 is elite but the 18 just satisfies my palette more.

The new KC21 batch I picked up a TW a couple weeks ago is fabulous though; definitely oaky but it has the missing richness on the finish.

To be honest I'd rather have a bottle of Knob Creek 21 that this.

The KC 21 is significantly better than the 18, imo.

Little Book The Infinite, Booker’s 30th Anniversary, Knob Creek 21 and some of the other Hardin’s Creeks (Boston, Clermont, Frankfort) are all excellent but Jacob’s Well 211 shines brighter than all of them.
