If you are referring to the latency tests by RTINGS, the Q Max actually did quite well in latency. ... It appears to be using an "eager" debounce algorithm that registers the input change as soon as it occurs.
I think you might have to white keychron q6 max 1. Boards with numpads are rare 2. Knobs are not super common. You can just set the media keys to the 4 keys above the numpad on the q6 3. It's wireless with a USB adapter. There's multiple devices support with Bluetooth 4. It has hotswap
