KEEB-DAC

Pros

• This is super cool. I feel like more specialized dac products should hit the market.
• This is genius! Best way of uniting keyboards and audio enthusiast, I would buy one if it were available.
• This has potential to be a product that could be purchased as a complete package or have ability to purchase the board and 3d model files to print your own enclosure!
• Good take! I really dig this idea!
• I like the wood and would def prefer that over metal.

Cons

• I would be scared of putting too much on a USB port. The further you extend from the keyboard, the more torque on it is multiplied.
• Please don't.
• I think this may introduce more problems than it solves. It also kinda doesn't make sense because nothing is being pass through the keyboard so other than being in arms reach theres no reason really to have it attached to the keyboard.
• Another point for the short lead is if someone has a recessed USB-C slot then from what we can see now this product wouldn't work.
• This needs some kind of relief or one move is going to break either the dongle or the keyboard USB port. I can imagine with multiple cables connected, you are just upping that chance something bad happens.
