JDS labs rock. And I would love to see them make something to compete with the Schiit Gunnr or Fosi K7.

The one thing that is a miss however is customer service, losing the Element mean you lose John, who is a living legend for how quick he is to help his customers

This isn't the first time I've had good customer experience with JDS Labs, but they've done it again. ... Honestly the best customer service I've ever experienced.

Good to hear that their reputation isn’t smoke and mirrors. Surely I could buy another product with equivalent performance but I prefer to support the locals, especially when their product is so top notch.

Email JDS Labs. They have some of the best support in the industry. They may be able to repair it for less.

JDS Labs is the gold standard for customer service. I sent an email once with a question and they responded in legit 10 minutes with a detailed email.

Yep, JDS' customer service is no joke. I haven't had any problems with the products, themselves, just general pre and post sales questions. Quick to reply. Perfectly clear answers to my questions and friendly. US company, great products and great service?
