The reviews I read indicated that she doesn’t follow through or respond to issues like these well and gives excuses and no returns on the money so I think he is t confident he will get anywhere with her
One review said she canceled 34 out of 37 rooms for a wedding party in Mexico!!!! So I really don’t understand.
She has mixed reviews but the complaints I see are all with large parties booking more than one room. How has she been in business for 15 years doing this ?
I looked up the lady and she has very poor reviews in yelp indicating this has happened before with other clients.
There is also a news article from fox29 indicating she was accused of making fraudulent charges on a clients credit card totaling up to 19,000 but it looks like she hasn’t been convicted of any crime as of now.

Given that the news article on J implies that she was charged with multiple felonies, if it is indeed the same person, I would consider canceling your trip plans and perhaps cancelling any credit cards you provided information on to this person.
