Cons

  • The reviews I read indicated that she doesn’t follow through or respond to issues like these well and gives excuses and no returns on the money so I think he is t confident he will get anywhere with her
  • One review said she canceled 34 out of 37 rooms for a wedding party in Mexico!!!! So I really don’t understand.
  • She has mixed reviews but the complaints I see are all with large parties booking more than one room. How has she been in business for 15 years doing this ?
  • I looked up the lady and she has very poor reviews in yelp indicating this has happened before with other clients.
  • There is also a news article from fox29 indicating she was accused of making fraudulent charges on a clients credit card totaling up to 19,000 but it looks like she hasn’t been convicted of any crime as of now.

Trust your gut. It's not worth it. Get out of this arrangement ASAP.

Given that the news article on J implies that she was charged with multiple felonies, if it is indeed the same person, I would consider canceling your trip plans and perhaps cancelling any credit cards you provided information on to this person.
