J Crew has been falling into sloppy naming conventions for years, so I don't think it's really definitive here. If you Google harrington you'll see a ton of jacket with stand button collars. Even the wiki shows that. But all naming is getting sloppy these days, retailers don't have the same displone they used to.
I've been shopping at J Crew for years, even have a CC. Their prices have dramatically increased over the years; I think they're now using a pricing model where their sales look impressive. That being said, I'd keep an eye out for sales-- they're consistently 40% and sometimes 60%.
