Pros
- have you tried using itunes on a computer to back it up? saved me so many times when my icloud was being annoying.
- All you'll need is iTunes (for iPhone backup)
- I miss being able to rearrange my iPhone home page icons through iTunes on a computer
- Sometimes, I use iTunes if I can't purchase the song anywhere else.
- These are the options in my version of itunes. Not sure if other systems have other options? * AAC Encoder * AIFF Encoder * MP3 Encoder * Apple Lossless Encoder * WAV Encoder
Cons
- Regardless of program/app I use (I tried with both Itunes and Spotify), and again, it only really affects the megaphone ones.
- I'm happy to pay for movies, but iTunes and Amazon region lock the subs!
- I remember using Music Match Jukebox back in highschool to rip music, and I think later on, I used Itunes, so its been a long time.
- if your going from DTSX (disc) to Dolby multi channel (iTunes) it’s a big difference, example of is the Dark Knight trilogy and the Harry Potter movies.
- Sometimes iTunes can be a bit annoying so it may be worth trying to troubleshoot

However, I just tried using iTunes to import an audiobook zip file, and had the same problem -- what should have been an eight-hour audiobook showed up as only having 13 minutes.
