Yes all 3 stores do tastings. I forget which ones have flights, but Ginza King’s definitely had flights where you could taste all the Hibikis for instance.
Modern day Suntory items are almost all lower proof and much softer in their taste profile. Amongst them, Hakushus maintain a stronger profile compared to Hibiki and Yamazakis due to their peat characters.
