You can see the Jungfrau and up the Lauterbrunnen valley, but the Eiger is out of sight in Wengen. You would want Grindelwald for that.
Any of them? They all in the mountains with shops, numerous trails around them, cable cars, and easy access to other valleys in the area by public transport.
Our visits in the Bernese Oberland included 3 nights in Grindelwald (went up to First), visits to Lauterbrunnen/Murren, and Mt. Titlis.

Would be a dream to see Grindelwald but I’m not sure if the weather will be favorable and the forecast seems worrisome.
From Zurich, head to Lucerne and Lake Lucerne, then spend a couple of days in the Bernese Oberland (Lauterbrunnen, Mürren, Grindelwald — absolutely stunning).
We did all those things you mentioned in July staying in Grindelwald. It was a great base
