45 mins at Grand Canyon is… something. 1 full day + two halves is just enough to get a taste of what the park has to offer, unless you just don’t give a shit about that kind of thing.
I’m not impressed by anything, went to the GC 3 years ago and was blown away. Pictures do not do it justice. Very special place
Seems very rushed and crammed. That's a LOT of driving on days 3 and 4, especially after visiting the Grand Canyon on day 3 and then driving 5 hours. I would personally skip Monument Valley and add a day to Sedona and give yourself some breathing room to enjoy the Grand Canyon.
Antelope is extremely cool and absolutely worth the trip, but not at the expense of Grand Canyon.

Fly to Vegas and hit the 5 National Parks in southern Utah (Zion, Bryce, Capitol Reef, Canyonlands, Arches) in order then drop down into Arizona and hit Monument Valley,Antelope Canyon+ Horseshoe Bend, Grand Canyon on your way back to Vegas.
The Grand Canyon is 2.5hrs from Phoenix, I recommend that instead.
