- No... the Ultra will not take videos/photos like a drone (i.e. you will see the selfie stick in the image frame). That's part of the reason why you don't see video of those on a 3m pole.
- ultra will have better image quality, that or some smart glasses would be good like rokid or meta rayban- easier to wear but worse battery life without 3rd party battery clip ons.

I think the Go Ultra can be tilted for better angling when mounting on chest (if that makes sense). So if you’re leaning forward on a bike rather than the camera pointing directly down you can tilt it up for better POV.
