GoPro Mission 1

Pros

• You should also look at the GoPro Mission 1. Great in low light and good dynamic range.
• I think the GoPro Mission 1 might also be a good contender with largest sensor of all the action camera.
• I’ll second mission 1 the slow motion blows everything out of the water and there color science is competing with cameras out of the action cam space
• GoPro has superior color science and there are no problems with lowlight filming, thermals and battery life on Mission 1. Maybe the only downside is the minimal focus range. But if you use it on subjects over 60cm in distance t...
• The colours in the GoPro are superior to DJI in good light conditions. If you bought the Mission 1, I can’t see the reason for the return to be honest.

Cons

• I was really surprised to find the GoPro Mission 1 can only shoot 2fps 12MP jpegs, and 1 frame every 3 seconds when shooting at 50MP.
• Gopro mission 1 offers more, but it’s pricey and overkill for your use case.
• The Mission 1 is the best image quality and bettery life. The problem for you would be if you plan on using wired mic audio. They are having weird issues with direct mic plug-ins
• The Mission 1 is way too expensive for me.
• Its really expensive 🫰🏻😔. And I think it would be too much of a distraction rather than help in flying.
