ended up going with an old ipad mounted to the wall running google calendar + todoist widgets.
If you use Google calendar, you can set up something similar to Calendly. It’s called appointment scheduling where you can set up how long the appointment is supposed to be and send the person a link and they can select a time based on what you’ve marked as available.
