Pros
- Gmail and Google Calendar, which I run through Notion Calendar for easy access on my Mac.
- The risk is lower if you use a commercial email provider (e.g. Gmail, Hotmail) since they strip out your IP from the header and replace it with their own.
- Not perfect but something sustainable: Gmail for sign ups etc.
- Use Gmail’s “manage subscriptions” feature to unsubscribe from as much as you can up front. 30 minutes with that should get you in good shape.

- In Gmail, you can configure an email that will be sent to whoever you like after you haven't logged in for, e.g. 3 months.

I am only going to work with Gmail and Outlook email users for now as those are easier to integrate
Do you allow users to restrict people from uploading those same files, emails or other content into GMail?
