- Dalmore is good, Glenfiddich, and we usually have various bottles of Aberlour around.

Eh, its not that bad. I class it as one of those whiskies that I am happy to receive for free (as a gift, or getting offered a glass from a bottle), but that I'd never buy myself as I know I'll get much better tasting stuff for similar prices.

Seriously though it's not really valuable. If you know some whisky enthusiasts, they'd likely enjoy a side-by-side tasting of this bottle and a new one, but there isn't much of a market for common bottles forgotten in a cupboard, especially with the volume of Glenfiddich produced back then and now.

I’ve only tried the Glendronach and that’s simply because I’d likely never spend money on anything from Glenfiddich these days.
Glenfiddich and Macallan are both very overpriced and no Highland.
Caramel is only really used by big blenders like Johnnie Walker and some bigger distilleries like Glenfiddich.
